[Bug] Button 'View more' is displayed in Chinese despite language is set to English in global settings.

🐛 Bug Description

Button [View more] in conversations appeared in Chinese when the global language is English.

📷 Recurrence Steps

1. Set the language in global settings to English.
2. Open a New Chat, ask the model to generate a long csv.
3. The output is collapsed and a button [查看全部] appeared on top of the output.

🚦 Expected Behavior

3. Display button as [View more] (or other languages in global settings).

📝 Additional Information

I've done a quick review and there exists all translations in locale files. So could this be a missing of logic anywhere?
