[Feature Request] Allow changing the model used by "Auto Generate Title"

🥰 Feature Description

By default "Auto Generate Title" will use gpt-3.5-turbo-0125 to generate titiles
I hope this can be changed by settings to use other models

🧐 Proposed Solution

Allow server / clients to setup models used to generate titles
Server can force set the models used by client
