When I go to deploy it says Item could not be created:
We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy.
How do I bypass this

Hosting open proxies is against the Heroku Acceptable use policy (https://www.heroku.com/policy/aup)

I recommend using another host which does not have a shitty AUP.

If you are ok with paid hosting I recommend Google compute engine, Digitalocean, Or Vultr.

If you want a free host replit(https://replit.com/) is a good option, though it has limited bandwidth and shuts off automatically.

I also recommend checking out Titaniumnetwork and joining their discord server if you did not yet.
