Cannot build

Tried building this with Gradle 5.6.2 and was met with an error message, tried using both OpenJava 8 and Java 1.8.0_221 on two different machines (win10 and Arch)

That's a slightly new version of Gradle for this - I last deved it on late 4.x, I think.

Managed to compile it with Gradle 4.0.1 using openjdk-8-jdk and got a converter.jar file. Tried running this with the suggested command (after renaming the file to CTIFConverter.jar) and got another error saying that it cannot use the JCommander class. I downloaded JCommander and compiled it with the instructions, but have no idea how to get Java and the CTIFConverter.jar to interact with it.
