Updates centrally-managed NuGet development/test tooling package versions in the repo’s shared Directory.Packages.props, aligning common build/test dependencies to newer releases.
Changes:
- Bump
Basic.Reference.Assemblies.*packages from1.8.3to1.8.7. - Bump test/coverage tooling packages (
coverlet.collector,Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk,Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.CodeCoverage) to newer versions.
