org-chef-capture template provides a simple capture template for the user to call in org-capture. As org-chef-capture is itself generated from internal functions it is necesarily up-to-date.
This way the provided org-capture template example in the readme actually works even with lazy loading of org-chef.

#19 gave me the idea to implement a standard
org-capturetemplate, this pull request implements it.
