Add a comprehensive sports news manager with dynamic RSS feed scrolling and rotation.
This PR introduces a "news_manager" module that fetches and displays sports headlines from configurable RSS feeds. It dynamically calculates headline lengths to ensure smooth, perfectly spaced scrolling and includes a rotation mechanism to prevent content repetition. Users can select pre-defined sports feeds or add custom RSS feeds via a new web interface tab.
