Move 26 plugin codebases from individual repositories into plugins/ subdirectories. Update plugins.json registry to point all official plugins to this monorepo with plugin_path set. Rewrite update_registry.py to read local manifests instead of GitHub API. Add archive script for retiring old individual repos. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
