Reconcile connecting the Python primer module content with both DNA and CC-ITP tracks

Need to work with DNE/DNA team to figure out the best way to re-use the Python primer module for both DNA and CC-ITPro tracks. Currently the Python primer modules refer to the DNA-track-specific PC setup instructions, while the CC-ITPro track has somewhat different set requirements and associated setup instructions.

I see 2 options, it's either we duplicate the contents, or add a reference to both tracks in the primer.

I would opt for referecing both tracks, as I can imagine some more labs coming and that could propose a Python primer.

Simplest solution for now seems to be to mention/link both DNE/DNA and DNE/CC setup labs in the BOYD instructions at the top of each of the 4 labs in the primer module. Hoping Marcos/Brett can vett this suggestion.
