#17:Check:Controllers:Verify if stale entry of vManage+vSmart UUID present on any one cEdge

We have an urgent request from engineering to add this testcase to AURA based on our experience with RJIL

We need to ensure 2 things.

Step 1.Ensure all controllers whether vbond/vmanage/vsmart have control connections with each other before any upgrade
Step 2.Ensure that there are no stale entries pre/post addition of new controllers (vmanage/vbond/vsmart) , migration to new clusters ,removal of controllers .Same to be checked before upgrade and post upgrade

Step 1 : I think existing automation covers .Confirm if not

Step2 : This includes the following steps

1.Know the number of controllers in the existing overlay ie number of vbonds/vsmarts/vmanages
2.Confirm that only the uuids of the existing vsmarts and vmanages are part of the edges/vbonds/vsmart/vmanages .No other uuids present/.If so those are stale entries and need to be removed
