ESGF Transition #456
Description
The results from the current REF are not hosted on ESGF infrastructure. The long-term home of the REF website should be ESGF. This will break any existing links as new runs will be performed that have different execution ids.
This issue outlines our transition to an ESGF hosted version of the REF.
