Add ESMValTool ENSO diagnostics data Climate-REF/climate-ref#320

Adding the ESMValTool ENSO dataset seems to have affected the timespan of files in the IOMB datasets, I suspect because there is a partial overlap. The longer msftmz and sos data isn't really needed, though.
