Add major mod versions to docs

For example: 'Thermal Expansion 5' instead of just 'Thermal Expansion', 'Thermal Dynamics 2' instead of just 'Thermal Dynamics'.

When new major versions will come out, we can't just immediately delete the information for the old versions.

The most annoying thing to deal with will be possibly splitting up the recipe data for different major versions.

The recent reorganizations should have made the codebase sufficiently prepared for describing multiple versions of the mods.
