A website that tells a drive when they enter or leave a floodplain, so they don't have to look at a map probably made for desktops on a tiny phone.

This is an experimental way to interact with floodplain data. The thought is it might be useful when driving around looking at real estate as map-based method make a lot of sense in most cases but are both somewhat abstract and hard to interact with when user is moving.
