At the moment new users have to enter a lot of information
- email
- email confirmation (not needed)
- first name (not needed on signup)
- last name (not needed on signup)
- slack_display_name
- user_type (should default to participant, admin users should enroll staff or admins)
- organisation (should default to CI, we can maybe add a special signup page that is also branded for other organisations and change if from the admin panel for the moment)
