Allow user to be able to navigate back and forward through their navigation history

As the user clicks through to various files/tabs, we want to allow the user to navigate through their view history back and forward.

I've added the following rules regarding the adding/removing of tabs to the history (in #1080).
I'm trying to match Xcode as close as possible, but I may be off by a bit so these rules might need to change a bit.

The history is represented as a stack (actually a deque, but I'll use a stack here as it's easier to explain). The last item on the stack is the last opened file.

1. When a new tab is opened, push it on the stack.
2. When the selected tab is closed, push the newly selected tab on the stack.
3. When an unselected tab is closed, push it on the stack and push the newly selected tab on the stack.
4. When a tab is selected, remove all tabs higher on the stack (represented by the "forward" arrow) and push the selected tab on the stack.

Thanks for laying this out and thinking this through @Wouter01, this makes a lot of sense.
