Add optional field for projects with Twitter handles.

Currently, projects use the organizations Twitter handle. Some projects have their own handles that users should be viewing for updates on the projects progress. For example, the Open Tree Map project has it's own handle that we should be pointing folks to: https://twitter.com/opentreemap
