Inconsistent labels when updating profile through settings #385

Description
The user enters the "technologies" which may not be perceived as "skills" which is the intended the response wanted.
After a user puts their "technologies", the user is brought to the dashboard
"Technologies" is shown as "skills", which is an inconsistent design.
Furthermore, the order is also inconsistent, where the first screenshot shows input for causes then technologies, then the second screenshot shows skills then causes. It would be better to match the order as well.
Ask / To Do
Change the dashboard panel to read "Technologies" instead of "Skills".
