Add unauthenticated preview for order detail layout

Summary

• expose a preview-only route that renders the new collapsible order ticket with seeded sample data when no auth token is available
• extend the order detail screen with a preview mode that skips API calls, disables live actions, and shares status tab controls with the demo view
• update shared styles so tab bar items can render as buttons and add helper copy explaining the interactive preview state
