Fix browse matches filters

[Studio-18]

Summary

• remove the unused Drafts tab and extend the tabs to support additional client-side filtering helpers
• adjust server query params and add client-side filtering so My Matches, Hosting, Open, day-based tabs, and Archived all return the correct sets
• add match date parsing utilities to support day-based filters and only show archived matches from past dates the user participated in
