Description
Status quo
When the user wants to refresh the list of pull requests or imported organizations, the user needs to navigate between pages to trigger that.
Desired state
- the UI should offer a button on the pull request table that can be used to manually refetch the table data
- the current data inside the table shall stay visible while the new data is loaded
