Add Rn 0.82.1 support

• Address ReactHostImpl property name changes (mReactHostDelegate => reactHostDelegate), which causes jsBundleRelease failure)
• remove obsolete demo app

revert test case keep failing in iOS 0.82.x .

we're investigating this issue on localPackage.install.revert.dorevert. It seems a broken update is not rollbacked in native side properly
