Changes to Mod

• Switched Archipelago button to use new CCUILib API (@krypciak).

Fixes to Logic

• Various locations now require Wave (@buanjautista), including:
  • Waves of Sand
  • Garden: Grand Krys'kajo Entrance
  • Garden: Ringing River Lower
  • Garden: Ringing River Upper
  • Garden: Old Timber
• All Rhombus Square Shops now require the ability to grind enemies.
• The quest Wet Work now requires Red Flame Shade.

Fixes to Mod

• Fixed an issue where the game would fail to load when there were no preexisting save files.
