Add a "copy" button for case numbers in search results

In many situations, one may want to copy a case number from the search results to their clipboard.

It can be done manually, but the fact that the case number is also a link makes it a bit tricky.

Add a "copy" button (overlapping paper icon) directly to the right of icon that indicates that the link will open in a new tab, which itself is directly to the right of the case number/link.

In certain statuses, the case number may not yet be a link. In such a case, there won't be the opens-in-a-new-window icon, so the copy button/icon should be directly to the right of the case number.

If this can be unit tested, add appropriate tests.
