N/A - workaround for sheets api not working

Detailed Description
The original sheets api is down, but the package developed by the same developers seems to be usable. This is an attempt to use that package, but it requires using a serverless function (specifically of Node.js runtime) since the package doesn't work client-side). The package is called from an api endpoint, which itself is called by the client-facing app.
