Summary

Redesign all block textures with a unified sci-fi hex armor theme at 1024x1024 resolution.

Rebuild the power cable texture generator at 1024x1024 using the shared
texture_lib framework, matching the established hex armor art direction.
All faces now feature honeycomb grid, beveled borders, and corner bolts.
Directional gold arrows are preserved. Powered variants add amber glow
effects to arrows, seams, and the front connector port.
Single connector circle on each face with color coding: red input
on front, yellow output on back, gold on sides/caps. Hex honeycomb

input on all other faces. Matches the splitter's color language
(red=input, yellow=output) as the inverse operation.
Single connector circle on each face with cyan/teal base color.
Fluid states shift circle color: blue (water), orange (lava),
green (xp). Front uses bright cyan, back uses deeper teal,
sides use neutral cyan with seam details.

Top face features realistic photovoltaic cell grid with silver bus bars,
finger lines, and aluminum frame. Side has yellow output connector circle.
Bottom has hex armor with centered vent grille and mounting bolts.

Front has massive arched furnace mouth with visible fire when active and
dim embers when idle. Sides feature vertical heat pipes that glow orange
when active. Top has circular chimney opening with bolt-studded rim.
Back has exhaust vent. Removes 10 old unreferenced component textures.

- Input faces always red (matching power merger convention)
- Output face grey when empty, fluid-colored when active
- Added pipe stubs and pressure gauge to differentiate from power merger
- Top face replaced with large fill-level gauge (E/F markings)
- Strong glow effects on active fluid variants
