Automatically refresh files when change

 settings.xml, abbreviations.txt, and synonyms.txt

For example, I was giving a demo of CASTLE to the team and changed synonyms.txt (it was previously empty). However, it didn't read the new file until I closed and reopenned the CASTLE view. 

I would have expected it to use the latest version of synonyms.txt, without requiring action from me.
