Incorrect comparison of bool types in match_params

When we submit the following format for validation

{'some_query': True} - which is correct

we get False, because the check is waiting for

{'some_query':'true'} - which is not entirely correct

HTTP query parameters are string, any other value will be converted to string in order to be sent, and might be converted back to another type on the backend side. However the value that will transit is a string.

It might however make sense to have the comparison able to work from the point of view of "what is sent to httpx" and not "what is actually sent to the server" but this is not trivial as the main point for this feature is to be able to do partial matching thanks to mock.ANY, which will not work with your proposal. In my opinion, this does not look quite pythonic, besides, in httpx, the params parameter expects QueryParamTypes, where there may be a bool type, which is internally converted to a string via primitive_value_to_str, I suggest we do the same, do you think?
