Feature Request: add mTLS/client-side authentication settings for Web3Signer #405
Description
Currently, the commit boost only supports mTLS/client-side authentication for the Dirk signer instead of Web3Signer. It will enhance the security for using Web3Signer if it also supports mTLS.
