This PR adds a fully responsive Login & Signup form. The UI has been enhanced with a container and a modern background image.
Added hover effects and implemented CSS button styling update to improve UI consistency.
Responsive Design: Works seamlessly on all screen sizes.
Background image support for a professional feel.
