You're correct, we don't have getting started docs for the .NCT just yet, so the WCT is fine.

Note that there are no Getting Started docs for this toolkit, but there is a section for it and link to the WCT docs that don't apply. Unsure if new docs should be created or if the section in the readme should just be removed.
The NuGet Packages section also links to WCT docs, but they are still applicable.
