Large benchmark #3
Description
Have benchmark (or multiple benchmarks) with the goal of filling most of ocelote's memory (168Gb).
Based on Sinusoidal domain.
Have evidence of this.
Deliverable:
- Runnable script (or reference to parameterized sinusoidal domain)
- Sizes for X,Y,Z that result in the filled memory (Z=5, Z=10), Timesteps=1
- Evidence that this is correct (as per bin/time single rank),
- output: run command, bin/time output showing runtime and memory consumption.
- Have in this repository
