I'm not sure if this is one of the cases that we have to merge first so the changes have any effect.

But the Compare DS job is not being triggered so far. And it seems it hasn't since June 2025: https://github.com/ComplianceAsCode/content/actions/workflows/compare-ds.yaml

I believe that is the case.

Removed the testing commit from the PR.

Even if this PR doesn't fix everything, it already fixes some mistakes and omissions that are definitely required.
