[WIP] easyconfigs for SourceExtractor++

This PR will contain the easyconfigs for SourceExtractor++ and its dependencies.

• OpenCV -- module opencv/4.10.0 already exists
• Python -- modules python/3.10, python/3.11, python/3.12 already exist
• Python-AstroPy
• WCSlib -- module wcslib/8.3 already exists
• The following packages are optional:
  • Readline -- part of Gentoo layer
  • Ncurses (progress bar display) -- part of Gentoo layer
  • LevMar (model fitting engine)
  • GSL (model fitting engine) -- module gsl/2.7 already exists

Yeah, it seems it doesn't work this way.

According to astrorama/Alexandria#123 Elements, Alexandria and SourceXtractor++ need to be installed into the same directory so that they can find each other.
