added transparency selection dialog to header editor and added sanitization properties to the custom flat text box. didnt overwrite or change any code in flattextbox.cs, only added the properties and event handlers. The dialog gui probably could use some minor reformatting; i dont trust my display enough to spend a lot of time sizing things.
