Deprecate blz in favor of bcolz

It seems that blz development has moved to bcolz. Perhaps we should deprecate the blz project and redirect it to bcolz?

If there is no code that we should/could potentially scavenge, then yes.

Yes, if your current set of tests pass, then I don't see why not. I have some questions on bcolz integration with blaze, but I will write them in the ongoing #447 PR.
