Log Viewer Application bug fixes and upgrades

1. Log Entries should be mapped to a URL so that they can be copied into emails, other log entries, etc
2. The logbook and tags columns in the Log table and tree not rendered correctly in debian machines.
3. Auto update the log entries every few minutes
4. Log export action
5. logTreeView error reporting

1. On linux, the grid viewer when used with the autoHeightSize hangs when trying to compute the height of row row associated with some log entries. This is a nebula/swt bug, the same problem caould not be reproduced on Windows.

Workaround: changing the default behavior to display a table with the first 4 lines of the log entry. The complete log entry can be viewed by double clicking and opening the log detail view.

Adding feture requests from ITER.

• Formatted entry text: colours, style, table and hyperlinks
• Screenshot of the full screen/windows via a Paste function
• Image toolbar to crop, add text, line, rectangle… useful for screenshot
• Search criteria for exact group of words, fill in the blank, exclude words, search for either word and search for a number range
• Draft-entry for completion with pre-experiment comments
• Perhaps linked to the previous line: template for entry text according to tags
• Lock of entry to avoid any further modification
• Automatic refresh of a list of entries when new entry is created that matches the current filter/search criteria
• Export of list of entries in csv format for instance
• Colour code identification for the major level/tags/properties in the list of entries
