Migrate remaining 7 Claude Code commands to OpenCode guardrails profile.

Current State

• CC commands: 17 total
• OC commands: 10 covered + 8 new = 18
• Gap: 7 CC commands not yet in OC

Commands to Migrate

• /explain-project — multi-subagent project architecture explanation
• /code-review — detailed security and quality review (beyond /review)
• /test-report — test execution report saved to log
• /plan-to-checklist — plan to checklist document conversion
• /ui-skills — UI component guidelines
• /blog — blog article generation
• /gemini — Gemini CLI web search

Priority

Low — most have alternatives in OC already (/review covers /code-review, etc.)
