ServerMod Version C.8.3.1

Changes

• Update for Spectrum Gamma 0.224. Only compatible with Spectrum Gamma.
• Add some automatic fixes for the server getting stuck

Install instructions: Put the ServerMod folder in your Spectrum Plugins folder.

You can copy your old ServerMod.plugin.json settings file into the new Settings folder under ServerMod if you want to transfer your settings.

This is using code from commit 5fb38db, so it is compatible with version 0.224 of Spectrum Gamma, not 0.221.
