Error when importing new version (4.2) astropy within shapepipe conda environment:

This happens after a clean installation of shapepipe, when no lower version of astropy already exists.

Suggested solution: install astropy version 4.1, see #387

The same bug happens with galsim when installing ShapePipe from scratch. Also mccd has problems being installed, on my mac omp.h is not found even though it openmp is installed.

Update: On cc the installation of the master branch works for astropy (v 4.2.1), however when I try to import galsim I get an error:
ImportError: /pbs/home/m/mkilbing/miniconda3/envs/sptest/lib/python3.7/site-packages/galsim/_galsim.cpython-37m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: _ZN6galsim11BaseDeviate9serializeEv

The issue is solved using the workaround from #369 .
Has this issue not been fixed in mccd and/or modopt @sfarrens @tobias-liaudat ?

On candide I can install the conda environment with astropy=4.1. galsim also works with the pip-uninstall/conda-install trick. However, I then get an error when importing mccd:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'galsim.hsm'

I updated the mccd code to fix the issue you mentioned with GalSim. So, right now the mccd code does not have Galsim in its requirements, although it does use it. I also updated the mccd code so that it works with the new release of modopt.

The last version of the code should have this fixed. However, I think I hadn't done a proper release, so the version in pip is the old one. If GalSim is installed in the conda environment and you install the latest version of the mccd code (from the git, not the pip version), there should be no problem.

@tobias-liaudat yes that works indeed. The branch astropy_version (https://github.com/CosmoStat/shapepipe/tree/astropy_version) can be installed. It has astropy=4.1, and mccd removed from the requirements, so it will have to be installed by hand from a git clone. Otherwise this branch is identical to the master.

Let me know when you have created a new pip version of mccd!
