Looks fine, only changes are MCCD version and config files.

@sfarrens we should probably merge develop into master again soon, the two branches are getting quite different. |

The current development plan is to do this only when we plan to make a new release (i.e. tag a version). We could do this when the current clean up exercise is complete. |
