What and Why
Previously, in the browser interface, the chat panel lagged when there were too many messages.
I have added dynamic loading and unloading to solve that. I have also added chat panel scrolling logic: switching from another view will automatically scroll to the first unseen message, auto-scroll when a new message appear only when the user is not scrolling.
