Add support for sections in the toolbar

It has different sections separated with a vertical line.
We want to support this. When toolbar is vertically, the line obviously need to be horizontally.

Fix the documentation by splitting out every topic in the Overview page for the toolbar as separate pages and add a page for this new capability.
