Thank you for the translation! I cannot guarantee that we'll be publishing any new 1.16 versions soon, but it'll be good to have this merged nonetheless. |

This PR updates some of the existing translations and adds all those that were missing.
As such, it translates the 1.16 version entirely into french.
By updating existing translations I wanted to increase consistency across the language file as well as with vanilla minecraft.
