Describe the enhancement you are proposing:

With the release of the OpenTelemetry metrics feature in CPK, we would like the dashboards to be able to use the latest ccp metrics while maintaining compatibility with postgres_exporter metrics. We would also like a pgBouncer dedicated dashboard.
