Part 1: Submit Updated Sitemap

Access Google Search Console

Navigate to Sitemaps
- Click "Sitemaps" in left sidebar
- View current sitemap status

Remove Old Sitemap (if needed)
- If old sitemap exists, click "..." → "Remove sitemap"
- Confirm removal

Submit New Sitemap
- In "Add a new sitemap" field, enter:
sitemap.xml
- Click "Submit"
- Wait for confirmation message

Verify Submission
- Status should show "Success" within a few minutes
- Check "Discovered URLs" count (should be 7)
- Note the submission date
Part 2: Monitor Indexing Progress
Check Google Search Console weekly for the next 3-4 weeks:
