Bug: Datum algorithm is slightly off - conversion is not accurate

Datum algorithm is slightly off. Currently the conversion is not accurate

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter a location on wgs84 lat/long and convert to UTM and the point is inaccurate.
2. Click on Import page to navigate to add location
   Currently the conversion is hardcoded into SPARCd vs. pulling down from a dynamic library with conversion.
