Various updates, mostly to support higher density plate formats Updated meta data files in test_data to TOML file format Added option to skip creation of XLSX files Changed output format for plots and added option to skip them Added csv output Updated the way ROIs are defined. Previously ROIs were defined statically in the plate format file. ROIs are now calculated based on well spacing, ROI size, pixel size, and ROI offsets defined in the plate format file. Updated roi_locations.png figure generation to change the outline from black to green and added well labels.
