Amy, I searched for uses of the files you're deleting and I found three that are still referenced by FcdsOpeAgent. Two these three are an integral part of Bazaar's mechanism to conduct tutorial dialogues, which is a capability or at least a potential that we'll want to keep for the OPE tutors. Can you remove those deletions so that I can merge the rest?

dialogues-example.xml - Referenced by TutorActor.properties; used by TutorActor. This file could be renamed to, e.g., dialogues.xml, but some such file needs to exist for TutorActor and for tutorial dialogues.

scenario-hugs.xml - Referenced by dialogues-example.xml. This is basically a stub dialogue file. More dialogue files would be added for significant tutorial dialogues.

TuTalkScenario.dtd - Referenced by scenario-hugs.xml. This is fundamental to tutorial dialogues.
