Use the same kernel config as RHEL 9.5 and 9.6 for the RHEL 10 CI, which will make it easier to maintain the future changes.
Remove fuse_dev_show_fdinfo() which is caused by the merge issue in commit 7f573b7
Fix the include sequence which causes a compiling error on aarch64. (cherry picked from commit f5fed0e)
